Dear Sir,
1. A secretary of a Co-operative Housing society in Mumbai, having a flat, having shifted his residence out of Mumbai and resides out of Mumbai for most part of the year, is he eligible to be secretary of the society or a committee member?
2. If yes how he will attend to the day to day management of the society, like signing of audited balance sheet and income & expenditure account, attending transfers, other legal issues etc?
Request you to clarify if there is any regulation under bye law or MSCS Act 1960 or Rules of MSCS.
