My 498a wife (before filing 498a etc.) implicated me & my family in kalandara (107/151 IPC) ...& did not appeared even in a single date. Now after 6 months, she appeared & teh judge asked me do you want to CROSS.
I want to ask what does that mean of CROSS....was he asking for the cross examining of her or anything else? Also he asked me to come with my lawyer next time, but to my 498a wife he said...u need not come henceforth)
Kindly let me know for how much time this case go on (many lawyers advised me that it gets closed after 6 months).
Kindly let me know how this can be closed without any decision or without any cross examining etc.?
or what kind of conviction is there in these cases?
