section 138 NI Act

Dear Sr Members and frnds

 

my company has filed a case u/s 138 of N.I. Act, the court was also pleased to issue bailable and later on non bailable warrant against accused. Even then the accused is dodge the warrant because of his contacts. the accused is the director of a company. 

 

Kindly advice what can be done

appoint a local detective, who would track the person/assist the police in arresting the accused. Ideally a person

of yours should closely follow with the local person, to check double-crossing.

Dont worry as in your case he ( accused ) also appointed  a lawyer just run your case ,after process your advocate has to give affidavit there after the accused side should cross examin the complaint(YOU).


If his advocate or accused is not present then you give an warrant application stating that the accused is now and then trying to delay the matter.
