Section 151 order 39 rule 1 and 2

My mother has named me as her heir and has named the ancestral hose to my name I have all the legal documents but my brother is not accepting the documents and has filed a case against me. After several hearings an order has been passed can you please tell me what could be the possible orders. Also are there any chances of me loosing the case?

If it is her property she can dispose it thru

The property is ancestral, not self-acquired.

check with court staff for clearly rather then Speculating
