Hi,
I want to file a consumer case in state commission of Karnataka against one of the nationalised bank. I took the loan in West Bengal...But for my job reason I am posted in Bangalore .Bank has many branches in Bangalore.
Not sure if I have to file the case in West Bengal again or is it possible that the case can be admitted in KSCDRC
I will take the necessary steps based on your input
