Section 18 of dvc

Dear Experts kindly help in answering the query, a house wife put up petition in section 18 of DVC that husband should not visit the house where she is currently residing citing her allegations , where as the house is purchased through home loan and EMI is paid wholly by the husband & is staying away separately due marital discord. The trial court order is due in next date & sufficiently counter has given that her intention is to enjoy the property ,bring her friends,relatives etc , but what if the order says that Husband is not allowed to enter into the place of wife residence ? How does the husband gets justice ? or what is best advice / solution to husband who is the sole house owner.
