When there is no whisper of dowry in 498 complaint, during framing of charges can i still be charged under 3 & 4 of DP act.
Just wondering if any one can tell me how judge will take cognizance of allegations and frame charges ?

DP4 is maintainable even before marriage. So come out with the complete facts.
