I Have filed Appeal against the Award passed by Arbitrator to setaside the Award under sec 34 of Ar and Con act in District court and the stage is the R1 AND R2 who are the Claimant and Arbitrator exparte and I filed proof affidavit and marked the documents on behalf of petitioners and posted for further documents.Now to avail records from the arbitrator,whether court should take steps to send letter to the arbitrator to furnish the case records or I can file petition for production of documents from the Arbitrator,Also I want to know step by step court procedures to conduct this case,kly clarify me.
