Yes, if stolen property recovers from three different persons then they may be charged for the offence of sec 411 IPC together

As per your query, let me introduce you to the details of this particular offence as per the penal code of India.
Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) deals with Dishonestly receiving stolen property.

This section further states - "Whoever dishonestly receives or retains any stolen property, knowing or having reason to believe the same to be stolen property, shall be punished with imprisonment of either descripttion for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both".

For additional information it's important that you understand that section 411 of IPC is a Non-Bailable offence. Now, coming to the final part let me tell you that more than one person can be held accused us 411 IPC if the property stolen is recovered from all of these accuses (either in parts or full).

Hope It Helps

Regards
Kevin M. Paul
