I filed a case in the the month of Feb 2015 under section 9A of CPC in the city civl court.
The defendant's lawyer is objecting the jurisdiction and saying that it does not come under this jurisdiction.
All the lawyers whom I have hired till now are just avoiding the judgement and order by delaying the matter.
What is the solution if judgment in blocked due to objections to jurisdiction of section 9a of cpc

the jurisdiction as a preliminary issue before granting or setting aside the order granting the interim relief. Any such application shall be heard and disposed of by the Court as expeditiously as possible and shall not in any case he adjourned to the hearing of the suit.
