Please advise me on the following.
I filed a Civil Suit u/sec 9 HMA against my wife.
The suit has been listed for framing issues.
What section(s) under CPC are the issues framed by the Civil judge?
Please list all the necessary sections.

THIS IS IMPORTANT AS ALL THE ISSUES WILL BE ANSWERED IN THE JUDGMENT AND DECREE
A MUTUAL CONSENT CAN BE FILLED AT THIS STAGE IF BOTH THE PARTIES ARE AGREEING
