Hello.
I have recently moved to a flat wherein I have deposited 1.5 lakh security deposit. Now that I receive the agreement from the Landlord - It has a clause to deduct one month rental from my security deposit on account of painting charges. He has given the house to me as it is without getting the paint done. So am I laible to pay him the painting charges when I leave the house? It's not logical right? Please suggest, how do I get rid of this clause.
