Dear Sir, it is not the power of Dinakaran or any one nor the Constitution but the weakness of those people who weild the power that is at fault.

Not weakness of the people. Weakness in our constitution and weakmess in our laws. For every legal law there is a remedy. Dinakaran used all laws to protect himself.

Why our country didn't hang terrorists who caught red handed?

it happens only in India!

Any way what legal fraternity is going to do in this matter? will take any action? or becoming silent spectator?

No sir Corruption is every where. It is America or Africa // British or Bangladesh//

India or Indonesia // Middle East or Malasia.

Corruption is common. You see So many American Business man are in Jails. Malasian former Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim was in Jail. Taiwan President Chen is in Jail. Bangladesh Prime Minister was in Jail. If Rajiv Gandhi is alive he is also behind the bars in India too. But if a person knows law in India it is very difficult to put behind the bars. Dinakaran is having capability to run well organised Mafia in the world. Even American FBI also nothing for this great man. Now we this this type of corrupt people in India.

We need this type (Dinakaran ) of corrupt people in India.

 Corruption is a way of life. Only course:

LEGALIZE IT.

 Is Dinakaran's crime greater than that of Rathore who raped, abated in Ruchika's suicide and hounded the family. 

Why is legal fraternity and Bollywood keeping silent? Where was the print and electronic media in 1992 when the crime was committed? They went hammer and tongs after Manu Sharma (Jessica Lall's case) but kept silent over Ruchika's case? 

They talk of women's reservation. What are women's organisations? Nothing but ornamental. Who man them? Women of high political connection, wives of politicians and bureaucrats. Capacity? I am giving you an example.

An old lady of 70 years with two mentally retarded daughters was thrown out of her own home by her son and daughter-in-law. In the mistaken believe that All India Women's Conference would help her. They helped her in these words:

We received a copy of your letter addressed to Smt Margaret Alva, Hon'ble Minister for Women & Child Development.

It is very distressing to know the case of an elderly lady being harassed by her daughter-in-law.

Regarding the elderly lady, she can also go to a Home for Aged.

The drafting committee was given a job and they did by borrowing freely from the constitutions of Canada, Switzerland, U.K., (unwritten), USA and Australia. The result is that it can be worked against the Indian ethos. 

India is horribly diversified and no Constitution will now work having destroyed the foundation.
