Seedhanam/stridhan

Dear respectable sirs/mdms,

I am writing in to ask for some advise on some issues over stridhan/seedhanam issues.

One of my relatives ; whose house is currently registered under their name had given it as a seedhanam to their close relative's daughter. Let us take the close relative as B and her daughter as C .

The seedhanam was given while relations were well and out of love and concern they gave it to C as B was not doing well financially and B has been all the while under the care of the relative.

Now the issue is , relationship has soured , and now , both B & C are asking my elderly relatives to leave the house as seedhanam has already been given and they claim that the relatives are no longer the rightful owners of the property. However , so far no registration has been done for the property to be given to C. I suppose they have only agreed upon and written on marriage documents during C's marriage. They have used all sorts of harrassment on the relatives such as scolding , threatening and they have also called in police to try to chase the relatives off. The relatives are elderly and they do not pose any threat to both B & C . The relatives have gone through much distress. As such , I am asking on whether it is possible to withdraw such seedhanam and under which law can it be done ? If they call in police again , what can be done ? Please note that this is a muslim family . So I am not sure on whether the same laws apply as to a hindu family issue. I would like to seek your advise on this matter. Thank you.

Regards,

If no registration/transfer of papers have occured and no written will available by the owner , den it cant b claimed as stridhan, just words and feelings can not make some entitled to that property
