3 years before wife left matrimonial home voluntarily and stay to her father home. I filed divorce and as counter wife filed 125 CRPC and 498a case. Divorce case continue as wife contested it.
125 crpc maintenance case ordered interim maintenance and I already pay interiam maintenance last 2 years
but now during last 6 months she avoid taking maintenance, left court premises without taking interim maintenance money. I have orally inform the same to court pasker.
Can wife seek right to stay in matrimonial home or alternative accommodation after getting maintenance ?
Can she file DV case after 3 years of separation ?
