Seeking advice on how to tackle case against property registration

Hi respected members,
My father recently figured out he has an ancestral property in his native place which is 80km away from where we live now. So he started to search for original document of that property and later figured out it was lost since it was an very old document. So he requested a copy of the original document and got the copy and also got the patta registered. Now the patta is shared between person 1, person 2 (my father's dad), person 3.
Now the problem is some of my father's long distance relatives who has no rights for the property have been living in the land for a very long time and they also built a small house and doing farming in our ancestral land. Knowing that we are planning for registration they filed a memo (with electric board bills and home tax bills as a proof of their existence in that land) against the registration and stopping the Registration being done. We have been trying hard to recover the property and now we have this issue. Please kindly guide me respected sirs.
Thanks you very much.

Hello,

They are trying to grab your land so you have to take legal action against these persons for evicting them from your land. File civil suit in civil court.

Hi sir,

Thank you very much for the reply. But they are claiming adverse possession on the land since they lived there for more than 12 years and submitted the EB bills and tax bills for proof of existence. Do they have any rights for adverse possession?
