I own a plot of land in Garia, Kolkata since 1976. The land is under KMC Ward 109. I have got premises number. However, now I can not get BLRO mutation. All my adjacent plots are in R. S. Dag 92 but BLRO says my plot can not get into R. S. dag 92 as the uota is already full. My questions are:
1. How can I get R.S. Dag 92?
2. If I am allotted a different Dag from my neighbours, will the BLRO later say that this is not my plot?

I personally feel that the BLRO is taking you for a ride! There can be no question of exhaustion of any R.S. Dag quota at all.
[I distinctly remember that some years ago some one in the telephone department was befooling somebody by telling that the subscriber has already completely used the ringing tone and that is why in his telephone he is not able to hear the ringing tone! The exhaustion of R.S.Dag quota also appears to be a similar joke]
Better check up with the local lawyer.
