Our charitable trust run an educational institution.
The location of the institution is a village with 500 people. So naturally there are hardly any students in the 4 acre campus.
We plan to re-locate the institute to a bigger city.
In addition, the school teachers did accounting fraud and as a punishment we did not pay their salaries for few months. They have filed cases against us.
My question is
1) Can we sell the land since the title is clear?
2) Can the ex-teachers get stay orders against the sale? (owing to the case)
