i am a buyer.I have done an agreement with the seller 3 yrs ago fo buying his property on the stamp paper with norms and two witness.i gave the half amount at the time of agreement and the date of property registration in the agreement is after 1 year.Now the time of doing property registration is passed and the seller is not doing the property registration.what i have to do to come out from this situation?the agreement has condition if the seller refuses to do registry then he has to give the double amount of the token money.the token money is 15 lacs and the deal is of 50 lacs.
i had pasted the goverment ticket of post on the stamp paper and then take the sign of paper on it also.
