Dear Sir,
I have purchased a product from a person who supplied it to my home and gave adress of West Delhi, As product is under warranty and he is not listening by phone or email.
I issued a notice at his office adress , which says no company is there, i visited personally guard says they dont have office over here , just come few times at place.
So what could i do so that person could be traced or declared bhagora or whatever and i could get money back.....................as his phone is still working
