Hello,
I purchased a group housing flat in Manesar Sector-1. I got the Sale Deed done as well. Now, i am trying to get the Share certificate transferred into my name but facing lot of trouble from the AR office. Society people are doing the needful. My question is that is the share certificate necessary for me to sell the property since it is a freehold property now. Thanks.

Cooperative Group Housing Society is governed by the provisions of Cooperative Societies Act. All members have a right to vote. Office bearers are responsible for administration. Detailed provisions are available in the society's bye-laws.
