You can contact a local advocate and issue him a notice seeking partition and file a PLC petition before Lokadalat and file a partition suit . Unless the share is determined with metes and bound, you can not sell your undivided share.

As already suggested, you may approach the Adalat. If the issue is not settled, you may approach the court under the provisions of Partition Act, Of course, it is not mandatory that you should approach the Adalat.
