Send the notice to wife who is norway

Respected Gurus,

I need to send an appeal to my wifeow who is staying in Norway from the past two years .

some how I need to subit the proof of service in the hounarable high court ap ,

when I send the notice to her parents house they rejected and on the postal cover they written she left India , how to proceed further.

Why should you send the notice. The notice is sent by Court to her through our embassy in Oslo
