Separate accomodation demand by wife after i file rcr

After  RCR petition filed by me, my wife demanded for a separate accommodation to join me. First day of court hearing January 2014 , she is Mental patient now living her parental home and  has demanded for a separate accommodation to join me through Phone call. I am not wiling to do so.

Are such contradictory statements acceptable in court. Can I point out this issue in the court?

has she given this in writing? what all cases are you fighting besides RCR? i bet in her RCR she might have made false allegations against your parents, and hence she is asking for a separate accomodation.

if not given in writing, take this in writing from her, point it out to the court that this woman is making me forcefully stay away from my parents, which i dont want to. as my parents are old and sick, and making someone stay separate from parents is a cruelty in itself, which is fit for divorce. so you can use this ground for your divorce application, but for this you will first have to withdraw your RCR.

if she is talking on phone call about separate accomodation, record that call on mirco SD card,

this is not a contradictory statement, she might have made allegations against your parents, so she is demanding separate residence. be ready for a 498 or a DV bomb to fall on you next if you refuse for separate accomodation.
