Separation from marriage forcibily

Sir , my daughter got married in 2013 , and things were fine for 6 months , after that the husband started behaving very abnormally , like drinking and then beating , not taking her out etc taking to other girls

we tried to intervien and made our daughter bear for some more time , which didn't worked , on july 2015 . they called us and said take your daughter home as my son is not well so give some time to cool down,

since than they wer not calling her back and delaying the matter , in the mean time my daughter also tried to communicate with her husband but he never took up to resolve , when we took some of our community memeber to there house and put pressure to resolve , they conveyed that the son is not willing to continue , so let us close and you take the alimunai ,but my daughter is not willing due to the fear of second marriage and of no gaurantee of happines for her

sir i look forward for your suggestion on how to take this forward

Your daughter can file a dv case over her husband asking for right to residence in the shared household.she can also claim maintenance, protection order etc.to file the case approach the protection officer in charge of the district where you reside or the police station

As a girl I can understand your daughter feeling but I will never suggest you to file any case. Filling any case like DV,RCR only wastage of time and money. It will run 5-6 years She can get right to live in her matrimonial home but its useless because its clear to her that her husband dnt want to continue relationship. No court no law can force her husband to live with her. First try to reconcile if its fail then better go MCD. She can start new life. Nothing you will get by filling case. As long as she drag this relationship she will only get pain nothing else. She should now think for herself. She can find someone else and lead a happy life.

My name is gaurav, i put up from delhi, in 27th Jan 2016 i got married with my beloved (Love marrige, Arya samaj) afterwards we both got married in front of our relatives & friends,

after few months me and my wife quarrel on some family issue after that i slapped her 5 times, after that she left my house and she started to live with her mother and father, after a day passed i realize my fault and i kinda curse my self that why i slapped her, why i beat, i atonement that why did i hurt her,

then i made a call at her parents the started to shout on me and they replied to me they will never send her back again

now i just wanted to be with her, and i decide that i will never gonna make this mistake again,

so plz guide how can i take her back at my home, she is pragnent also, i am afraid might they will proceed for abortion or divorce

plz help me asap
