We have 10 different complainants against a company who have submitted application to police to file a complaint against the company under section 420.
The mode of operendi is different for different members, I have invested amount under buy back scheme while others have purchased a plot only while some have taken loan from company.
Police has filled only one FIR in this case.
Who decideds if seperate FIRs to be recorded or not. If seperate FIRs is not logged in my case how can I push the seperate FIRs please suggest so that I can help my lawyer.
