Good Afternoon All,
I am an Inspector with the Civil Supplies Department. I am seeking guidance on the following two issues:
- Incident of Suspected Illegal Activities:
- Four years ago, while accessing my official login, I observed activities that I suspected to be illegal.
- I immediately alerted my higher officials and filed a formal complaint requesting an investigation into the matter.
- To date, no action has been taken on this complaint.
- Complaint Against Colleague:
- Three and a half years ago, I filed a complaint against a colleague alleging forgery, mismanagement of digital keys, and other irregularities.
- No action has been taken on this complaint as well.
In light of the above, I would like to inquire:
- Can I utilize the Right to Information (RTI) Act, 2005, to seek the status of both these cases?
- If so, should I make an application under RTI Act, 2005 as an official or as an individual.
I appreciate any guidance or advice on this matter
