What are the rules with respect to service tax being charged on parking lots by builders? Can ST be charged on covered as well as open parking? Since when is the service tax being charged on under-construction property? Has Supreme Court passed any order which says that all builders have to provide one parking lot free to each appartment owner and if they want another one, then they hav eto pay for it? Is this one free parking lot provision for open as well as covered parking?
