Serving summons-can the plaintiff enter premises of accused?

Under what circumstances, can the summons from the court from another district be issued via the police station in the area of the accused? Why it cannot be sent by registered post or courier? The summons is meant for the IPC 452, 504 and 506.

While the police officer who is serving the summons to the accused is required to enter the premises of the accused, can the plaintiff also enter the premises of the accused without the permission of the accused?

The summons has the address of the accused on it, so why is the plaintiff expected to accompany the policeman who serves the summons?

Please advise on the above.

Thank you and best regards.
