Settlement

My father had self aquired landed property. He wrote a revocable will( in Telugu) and registered it on his sons only.

Later, after a few years, under circumstances, (pressure from my mother) he cancelled it and wrote

another revocable will (in Telugu) mentioning that my mother with

"Sarva Hakkulatho ANUBHAVINCHAVALENU" with that he ended the will  and registered and passed away after a few years

Now both my parents are no more.

At her old age and AS PER HER WISH, we kept her at one of our brother's house

and used to send monthly some amount for her expenses to that brother.

Now, my point is will there be any possibility of my brother who kept my old mother of 92 years playing a mischief with my old mother to acquire that (my father self acquired)  property.telling that she has bequathed it on him and grab it.

As days and years pass on, slowly selfish intentions are proping up and disposing of the property is intentionally delayed..

This is a Christian self acquired property. Both brothers and sisters are there.

Kindly answer me any of the children's right on the property may be hampered.   Thank you.

If one wants to cheat another among brothers and sisters anything can happen and no doubt your brother who took care of your mother till her death has all advantage to create a document in his favour.  If you feel he might cheat, involve your other sisters and brothers and force him for partition and settlement of property.  Either the partition can take place for everybodys good or his undermind dark scheme if any, will get exposed.  If he has plans to cheat you will have to approach court for partition and fight for justice.

Do you suspect ur brother might have done something to grab the property?

You can file a suit for general poartion and seperate possession of your share because you being the legal heir of your mother got share in th property.,
