How does the court decides the amount to be settled during a divorce hearings, filled by girl side
Does it includes the amount spend on eating/decoration/rent of marriage palace also ??
If the girl's parents say that we have spend so much on sagan, so much on ladies sangeet etc etc
What all things doesn he court decides as genuine spend which should be setteled, considering the fact that the boy is willing to take girl, but she is not agreed to live with him
Also does it include the clothes of girl and what other things can the court order to return
If yes, then the girl's side has also collected sagan by inviting their relatives.. does that also taken care into account ?
The boy side expenses like cost incurred on honeymoon, reception etc also taken care of ??
