Settlement deed

My Dad Bought land and written on my MOM Name in 1970. We were monitoring the land monthly once. Now when my MOM wanted to do settlement on my name. In EC i see another entry/forgeddocument entry as if my MOM sold to person B.

 

Lawyer is saying still we can go to Settlement Deed. Any expert opinion?

Your mother can very well transfer the property to your name if she has the title deed on her. 

If the possession and enjoyment is on her name alone then you can wait and watch the developments closely
