Settlement for a muslim

I am a muslim  have three daughters and no sons. As i understand , as per muslim law a muslim can bequeath on 1/3rd of his estate only

I have some properties which i need to divide it amongst my daughters as well as have a life interest on it.

The intention is that after my death, the properties goes to my daughters without any hassles.

Suggest some way it is possible in the indian muslim context.

Thank you Mr Thakur. Can you provide a link to the hanafi law.

Will a settlemnt deed with a lofe interest suffice?
