Dear Sirs,
I joined a private sales company 4 months back. I signed an agreement at the time of joining that one month notice should be given before resingnation. I was in probation period and resigned immediately from duties, as i got good offer in another Company. Company stoped my 3 months expences and 1 month salary. Please suggest me !

Plz mention ur probationary period ,generaly it is for 6 months ,but in ur case u have resigned during probationary period then unless ur services are confirmed by managment u are not entitled 2 get benefit of periood of notice.Plz specify about ur contract of employment
