Several 498a and compromise in divorce

1.Wife in the past 5 times files 498a and later compromised   in various time frame. But only 3 cases were filed in the court and   2 others were closed in PS itself.
2.She also filed DVC twice and few more cases u/s 506.
3.The above cases she managed to do with her parents & sisters help   who are working in Telangana police.
3.All of them are closed after closing the husbands counter divorce case.
4.She is still constantly communicating the day to day domestic routines or issues to   her 4 other sisters & mother plus couple of cousins just to keep the domestic matters at her side & manage the husband ,rather make husband a hen peck.
5.She instilled a fear in heart of husband and his parents & brother  if in case if her version is not upheld, she would go to police or file   another dowry or harrasement case.
6.The local court advocates directed that there is no legal remedy for  men esp in domestic issues with spouse except file another divorce case.
7.Again now wife strongly proposing for compromise and requested the PO several times and almost on every adjournment.

Question is that what can be   written in compromise terms.
Is this safe to compromise & will the husband will get any remedies through the fcop compromise terms,  In other words Will the compromise terms protect from future 498a case from the wife  as she a habitual complainer.

 Or

is there any legal remedy to book a case under common intension on the siblings as they are driving the instigation from behind for thier  own vested interests.

  or go for divorce

  or any other better opinion/suggestion.

Until the compromise agreement becomes part of the court judgement or order, it will not be enforceable in law hence any amount of compromise may not bring any solution to you except divorce case on the grounds of mental cruelty.
