Severance/mutual agreement

Hello,

My question is, If MD of Pvt.Ltd. sings severaance/mutual agrement with the company, does he still holds right to sue the company in future? When Managing Director signs agreement stating he would not sue the company, can the agreement be good enough against him?

What are the provisions of Labour law needs to be taken into consideration in this regard?
