sexual abuse with female child

Hi, one of my known daughter is school going child of age 13,at her school a caretaker who lived in school premises has taken hee s*xual advantages, he made physical relationship forcefully with her in a school tour , thereafter he has been threaten hee for life and keep making physical relationship. She has told her parents about this and it was discovered in medical examination that she is pregnant. The whole family in shock and not able to decide what to do. Can someone advise ols

Lodge an FIR immediately against that Person and School Authorities for this henious crime committed by the person. He will be booked under POCSO Act. Which is quite stringent Act.

Act immediately without wasting too much time. Further the Girl would be requiring counselling to face this tough part of life. Give her uncoditional mental and emotional support.

we got to know that she is 2.5 half months pregnant, we are in dealima if we go for FIR course proceedings will take time and we know that she has to undergo abortion since she can't carry the baby and we don't know how much court proceedings takes time whether she would be allowed to go abortion or not.
