what is the status of id act in special economic zones. will the sezs have an industrial relations regime different fron the rest of the economy? development commissioner is designated the powers of labour commissioner in sezs, but it is not clear who is registrar of trade unions for sezs?

There are special provisions under the ID Act for the employees working in SEZ. The controlling authority also defers to the dispute related in SEZ

Thanks. But, I am still not clear about the special provisions under id act for SEZ workers particularly for the purpose of closure, retrenchment, wages, contract/ casual labour, registration of trade unions etc. Can you help me?
