Recently I've decided to purshcase a aprtament in search of that still.
I been to one of the SEZ residentail and company a new township and saw the flat. I was almost ready to finalized that time came to know that we can't own a land in SEZ and it can be leased for 99 perpectual lease.
Since its very new to me need some guidance in it. Is it worth in buying this flats what happens after 99yrs will there be new lease?
could someone expersite in this please help me
