Good Evening,
Please help me understand if the share certificate of the flat is already named under 'x' and that flat is not yet registered under 'x' name or u can consider it as its not yet registered (Flat In Anyone Name),so can the share certificate can be named under 'y' name ?
If this is possible then how can it be done ???????

actually i want to understand can the share certificate named under 'X' so can it be changed under name 'Y' as the Documents are not registered of the flat under the name 'X'
