Sir, When I purchased a flat, I was the first applicant and my wife co-applicant. Since I was serving in Army then (2002) and posted on borders, I gave her the power of attorney to execute sale agreement,registration of property etc. Then, the hsg society was not formed and we purchased it directly from the builder. Subsequently,hsg society was formed and a share cert was issued only in my wife's name in 2004. Now, in 2018, the society is refusing to incorporate my name in the share cert/ and or issue a new share certificate. Please help. Regards Manoj
