My Son and I have gifted the flat in Delhi to my daughter. Decree of divorce has been passed for my Daughter by the court. My wife had expired in Oct 2020. Thereafter, I married again so that my second wife takes care of my daughter and does so even after my demise. My daughter wishes to include my second wife in the gift deed being currently the sole owner and thus wishes to make her joint owner of the flat. This has my concurence in the interest of my daughter.

If you have already transferred your property by a registered gift deed then it becomes your daughter's own and absolute property.
She can transfer a portion of property in favor of your second wife to make her as a joint owner to the property along with her.
