share in property

Hi, My grandpa has 3daughters and 2sons of which the youngest is missing for more than 7yrs now. Both grandpa and Grandma are no more. All of grandpa's properties are self earned. He had also gifted a land to grandma. They had divided the properties equally between the remaining 4 children and gave a good amount in cash to my missing uncle's wife and daughter who is a minor. Will my uncle's wife & daughter have legal rights on the properties (both grandpa's and the one gifted to grandma by grandpa) which are now in the name of the 4children. Kindly assist Thank you
