my query is that relates to MR. sharma
There is a family having husband wife and their 3 childrens (2 daughters and one son ) in the year 2012 husband go died without any will. all childrens are married both daugherts and son also.
now tell me the how will the partition of property of mr sharma after death .

After the death of husband, automatically succession opens, so his wife and children are entittle for equal share in the share of deceased.
