Hi.. I have 2 brothers and 1 sister.. Now as per Islamic law, when a property distribution happens, it says that 2 shares to be given to brother and 1 share to be given to the sisters.. Now I wanted to ask that one of my brother has expired before my mother and father expired. So in this case, suppose my father's property is getting distributed, will his family ie his wife and his son & daughter have a right to received the property of my father. Please confirm soon. I will be very thankful for your suggestion.
