My bank sent my bank details to someone else through email without my permission. This has caused me great distress. Frankly, I am on the verge of committing suicide. This has led to job loss, family problems, mental anguish, social disrespect and a huge financial burden. This has forced me to sell the house I had built with great desire. Despite informing the bank management several times in this regard, no action has been taken.

There's no justification in your statement that just because your bank account was shared by bank to a third person that you suffered huge loss including losing your job.
It is also a surprise that you have not taken any action against the bank either through banking Ombudsman or through consumer district commission.
