Shares of sister in father property after his death

Dear Folks,

my father own and had purchased a property in delhi in 1961 and he died in 1970. he left his widow along with 2 sons and 2 daughters.

1 daughter married in 1976 and other was married in 1985

the property is registerd under the name of my father. my sisters are looking for share in the property now.my mother don't want to give any share or part of property to our sister because she still alive and living with us.

as stated, that property had purchased by my late father and he died in 1970.

after the reading of few blogs about the amendment of hindu succession act 2005, i belived, we both brothers can registerd that property under the name of us

please advise us, how we both brother can registerd that property under our names.

any help provide by you would be highly appreciate in that concern.

Your both sisters are legally entitled to get 1/5-1/5 share in the property left by your father but if your both sisters and your mother relinquish their respective share by registered release deed in your favour then  both of you brothers may become absolute owner of questioned property.
