She deleted the mail ..now what should i do?

I know that she had deleted the mail to her astrologer - confessing her extra marital relationship and her intention to marry her boy freind.

Me , the poor husband - have only a printout of it.

i cant retrive it - as it is a key evidence now.

What should i do now..? Its a Gmail ID

1.How you obtained the printout of the email message?
2. Do you still have access to your wifes gmail id?
3. Whether the mail is deleted from outbox(sent mail) or from Trash?

In G mail it is very difficult to trace mails.

Girish

Took a printout and fwd'd it to my mail ID - but she had deleted it even from sent items / trash.

Knowing which , i had changed the pwd for her account to prevent further damage.

Her official mails are also been sent from the same ID.

She had now denied in her statement that the mail ID doesnt belong to her.

Hi Sarath,

Is Your divorce case is still pending in court?
You can submit the copy of email as evidence (IT Act) to the court and if your wife counsil raises objections.. its your part to prove the email is send by her alone.
1.Does your wife has separate system or both were using the same machine?
2. To prove your evidence and others you need a counsel who has experience in cyber laws related matters.
3. If you need further help on this visit www.arnyandhaly.com or call  me after 7pm.
