should caste be a prohibited marker for reservation?

should the state act affirmatively while making reservations in the name of caste: which itself is a prohibited marker?

The policies of government is not public interest but vote targeted. There is no research or there is no material collected by public discussion to touch matters of reservation in the context of caste.

In any event reservation as sought to be brought out in examination is detrimental.

The policies like reservation based on caste is in itself a flawed law. The constitutional amendments was able to be brought about jst bcoz' all parties were going to get benifit of it. NO qualms over that amendment was occured as compared of current women reservation bill.

Exactly, It is not the caste which used to be weak rather it is person. First they should define weaker section of the  society. Maurya and Gupta dynasties were not upper caste persons.
