Shreeji, it is not the question of contesting but winning the election. And I doubt, Dr.Manmohan Singhji, winning the election, considering the political campaign scenario and political maturity of the masses, and the art of influencing voters in India is obviously out of tune with other advance democratic country as our Democracy is Mobocracy.
